We have always paid special attention to the cleanliness of our accommodation, which can be seen from our rating! Our staff consists of very few specific people who have been trained properly.
We encourage the use of the elevator only for luggage.

The bed linen is washed at very high temperatures with suitable certified disinfectants (specifically for Covid-19).
All rooms are cleaned using a steam engine (special for disinfection of more than 100 degrees).
Continuous and thorough cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces in public areas and rooms with steam cleaner with special attention to air condition, tv controls, handles and floors.
The planned rodenticide has been carried out in all areas of the facility.
The company maintains an electronic file of all the individuals staying at the hotel – name, nationality, passport / ID number, arrival and departure date, contact details (address, telephone, e-mail) – so that it is possible to communicate with close contacts in case of a case of COVID-19, which can be identified afterwards, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and inform all visitors that a file is kept for reasons of public health protection.
